Pouvez vous me dire si la télécommande en option est compatible avec le chariot gtr?

J’ai acheté ce chariot en discutant avec un autre golfeur croisé par hasard. Je suis très heureux de mon achat. La télécommande permet une manipulation facile et la vitesse est bonne. J’ai eu des petits problèmes (je n’avais pas compris comment le démarrer la première fois, perte d’un boulon, porte-carte cassé par ma faute). En liaison directe par mobile on m’a répondu immédiatement et les problèmes ont tous été réglés rapidement. Donc je recommande vivement.

Geweldig goede service! Ik had afgelopen week een probleem met mijn trolley, bracht hem naar Golfted. Na 1,5 uur (lekker geluncht en even gewinkeld in Alkmaar) werd ik gebeld dat hij weer gemaakt is. Super, zo hoefde ik maar 1 keer naar Alkmaar te rijden.

I have bought a stainless steel electric trolley GT-FR from Golf Ted and I'm very pleased with it.
It took a week to arrive in Spain.
It came with 10 accessories: the bottle holder is excellent, the small bag to carry your sandwich etc is very good, the telephone holder is very nice but the silicone that holds the phone broke the first day, this is probably because my phone is big(Iphone 11 pro). The stainless steel bottle of water is very good, it tells you the water temperature inside if you tap the top with your fingers. It comes with 3 golf balls and some green repair gadget, a pencil and a few tees, also a lovely card holder, an umbrella holder and a leather wallet for your golf cards, all of this of a very good quality.
The golf bag that comes with it is a bit too tall for me, it's 130 cm high, but beautifully made & of excellent quality and beautiful water-proof zipper.
The handle and operating buttons are really beautiful; it feels like the Rolls Royce of the Golf trolleys..
I have been using the trolley now for about 3or 4 weeks, it feels very strong and solid, plus I get a lot of compliments from people about how nice and expensive the trolley looks.
It performs very well downhill, where the automatic brake keeps the trolley's speed at a perfect pace, this way I don't need to hold it to stop it from running downhill (and me trying not to slip over on the grass or concrete path myself)as I did with my old one.
The battery lasts at least 36 holes, (I forgot to charge it one day and it went for another 18th holes and possibly could have gone for more).
The trolley is foldable and has an optional extra leg in the back. This is very good if you play in a course that is very steep, since it prevents the trolley from falling backwards. My old trolley was doing that, therefore I did put the back leg on the GT, but honestly this trolley is so stable that this isn't necessary in my golf course.
The remote control works very well and it's quite fun!!.
The size of the trolley is taller than the ones we have in Spain (although you can adjust the height of the handle to your liking) but still fits in my lockers at the club. The wheels are a bit higher which I love. It isn't longer though (from back to front wheels) than others that my friends have.
All in All I'm very happy with the Electric trolley and i highly recommend it.

Yesterday I assembled it and tested it.

This is a big problem. I have used tape to hold with limited success

Je l'ai reçu conformément aux temps indiqués dans un emballage plus que parfait
Après plus de 3 mois d'utilisation quasi quotidienne, je suis très satisfait du fonctionnement.
N'ayant qu'une seule télécommande, de peur un jour de la perdre ou de la casser, j'ai contacté le service client qui quasi immédiatement m'a envoyé une seconde télécommande accompagné d'un petit cadeau (protection des cartes de score) ainsi qu'une remise à faire bénéficier mes relations qui souhaiteraient acquérir un chariot de cette marque.

J'ai fortement apprécié ce geste et la célérité des échanges entre GOLFTED et moi en plus de la qualité du produit

Ordered an electric golf cart GT-R with remote control on Monday in Holland. Got it delivered on Thursday in Denmark. Everything was as it should be and the cart seems to be robust in super quality. Can highly recommend it.

Bought a trolley for my wife and one for myself and we are both really pleased with the quality and performance of these trolleys. Also the service and the aftersales is brilliant as they are always willing to help. I would give more than 5 stars if it was possible. Highly recommend this Company. Many thanks

Je viens de recevoir mon chariot carbone GT CR et sur le tube horizontal contenant la roue avant il n'y a pas le bouton rotatif permettant de déplacer le tude vers la verticale pour le ranger dans la voiture.

un grand merci au SAV de golf Ted , après un an d'utilisation et entre 3 et 4 parcours semaine , j'ai du changer le potentiomètre pris sous garantie, rien d'autre , je vais acheter un autre chariot pour mon épouse

CongratuIations GolfTed. I've been very satisfied about the trolley and your service since the answers by call and buy. A lot of golfers asked for the Trolley, the price and design. Otherwhile there are the trollies most expensive. I take the trolley since July nearly ervery day and i'm satisfied, really. Livraison de nos 2 chariots dans les temps. Très agréables à l'utilisation. L'un des 2 a eu un problème avec le bouton de verrouillage, Ted et le SAV ont réparé cela en quelques jours seulement. BRAVO.
