J'ai acheté en fin d'année 2021 un Chariot de Golf électrique léger en Aluminium GT-AR avec TÉLÉCOMMANDE et 10 Accessoires Inclus (Pliable)
Je l'ai reçu conformément aux temps indiqués dans un emballage plus que parfait
Après plus de 3 mois d'utilisation quasi quotidienne, je suis très satisfait du fonctionnement.
N'ayant qu'une seule télécommande, de peur un jour de la perdre ou de la casser, j'ai contacté le service client qui quasi immédiatement m'a envoyé une seconde télécommande accompagné d'un petit cadeau (protection des cartes de score) ainsi qu'une remise à faire bénéficier mes relations qui souhaiteraient acquérir un chariot de cette marque.

J'ai fortement apprécié ce geste et la célérité des échanges entre GOLFTED et moi en plus de la qualité du produit
C'est assez rare pour être signalé.

Ordered an electric golf cart GT-R with remote control on Monday in Holland. Got it delivered on Thursday in Denmark. Everything was as it should be and the cart seems to be robust in super quality. Can highly recommend it.

Bought a trolley for my wife and one for myself and we are both really pleased with the quality and performance of these trolleys. Also the service and the aftersales is brilliant as they are always willing to help. I would give more than 5 stars if it was possible. Highly recommend this Company. Many thanks

Bonsoir,
Je viens de recevoir mon chariot carbone GT CR et sur le tube horizontal contenant la roue avant il n'y a pas le bouton rotatif permettant de déplacer le tude vers la verticale pour le ranger dans la voiture.

un grand merci au SAV de golf Ted , après un an d'utilisation et entre 3 et 4 parcours semaine , j'ai du changer le potentiomètre pris sous garantie, rien d'autre , je vais acheter un autre chariot pour mon épouse

CongratuIations GolfTed. I've been very satisfied about the trolley and your service since the answers by call and buy. A lot of golfers asked for the Trolley, the price and design. Otherwhile there are the trollies most expensive. I take the trolley since July nearly ervery day and i'm satisfied, really. After some months I had a small issue that GolfTed managed very professionally. They are very fast in contact and are giving always their best. Thank you guys an greetings to netherland. Peter

Livraison de nos 2 chariots dans les temps. Très agréables à l'utilisation. L'un des 2 a eu un problème avec le bouton de verrouillage, Ted et le SAV ont réparé cela en quelques jours seulement. BRAVO.
